Netravali waterfall, Goa


Netravali is a town in Sanguem taluka in eastern Goa.

If you like adventure and trekking den this is the place to be..I feel monsoon is the best time to visit Netravali...You need to walk for around 15-20 minutes to get near the waterfall.. you can enjoy swimming too...dont forget to carry something to eat...:)













You can also visit the Gopinath temple where there is Bubble lake, where u can see continuous bubbles coming out to the surface...also people say that..if u clap loudly u can see more of it....:)....:)





Chapora Fort, Goa

Chapora fort is around 18 km from the capital city Panjim and around 10 km from Mapusa city....this fort gives a scenic view of Anjuna as well as Vagator beach..

It was built by Adil Shah of Bijapur and rebuilt in 1617 by portuguese....

if you r fond of movies den u would be happy to know that shooting of famous movie Dil chahta hai was done here..:) ...

Tilari Dam, Dodamarg

This earthen dam is constructed on river Tilari at Dodamarg inMaharashtra, as a result of  the joint project by Goa and Maharashtra government.




















 A drive down the hill takes u to the Terwanmedhe hydro power station...this is a well maintained area u could always add to ur tilari trip...:):)















Chapoli Dam, Canacona, Goa


The scenic natural beauty of this area makes it really special...dam supplies drinking water to canacona taluka in Goa.....I visited this place during late monsoons ....
